First off heres, what im rolling with now......(THIS IS MY DAILY DRIVER SO, NOT GOING CRAZY WITH THE UPGRADES)
Speakers:
rockford fosgate t2 comps, up front 6.5
t1 tweeters + up front
fanatic tweeters + crossover in back
t1 comps in back 6.5
Sub woofers:
2 13w6v2 (Jl audio).
Head Unit/processor:
Alpine iva-d106:
with the alpine ktx, and htx processor, and software.
Amplifiers:
2 Rockford Fosgate p10001bds sub woofers
1 Rockford Fosgate p500-4 speakers
Batteries
Kinetik:
hc2400 trunk
hc2000 trunk --- I know there in the racing shells, but i called them, and they said it was
hc1800 under hood --- the same battery just a different shell (saved about 250 this way)
For those of you that appreciate the little things
wires:
Monster cable ( main )1/0 power/grounds
Rockford fosgate 4 gauges
Monster series 400 rcas
monster series 400 speaker wire
Jl audio 8 gauge woofer wire
fosgate fuse blocks/audiopipe fuses
fosgate terminals power/speaker
everything either soldered and crimped, heat shrunk or booted.
50 amp noise filter for stereo separate 8 gauge line runs to a barrier strip powers all my added accessory's.
Rockford Fosgate distribution blocks
Rockford PEQ3 bass knob controls both bass amps
peq for speaker amp
Boxes:
all speakers have foam/plastic boxes
Woofer box, don't remember exactly and couldn't find the plans but it was 33 hertz, single chamber i think just below 5 or 4 cubes. after displacement
Alternator:
160 amp 100 at idle. (weak i know my 250 died on me)
sound deadning:
150sq ft of rattle trap (roof, floor trunk etc.
50 sq ft 60mil at doors, and around speakers/tweeters
Whats to come, replacing the amps with 2 fosgate t15001bdcps and a t8004ad (with cap for white noise)
woofers ( undecided have to be 12s or 13s i have 13 w7s in my garage i haven't opened them yet still undecided.)
400 amp alt
and i already have them 2 sets of fosgate t3 comps keeping the t2 tweets, and fanatic tweets might put the t2 midbass in rear doors.
that's pretty much it for this car besides tint which is happening saturday and some type of strip.
overall this system has treated me well the sq is amazing, and the w6s have performed well i give them over 900rms daily for over a year, and still perform well
