Opinions on SSA XCON 15

I loved mine, just didnt have the space for it. Low end monster and sounds great doing it!
Dope sub for sure. If you can get it for a good price go for it. It should do well around 3. 5 cubes tuned at 33/34 hz. They don't take much power to hit hard either. I liked mine when I had them.

I had mine in 4 cubes tuned to 32 getting everything from an aq2200 and it was pretty **** ****!
Will my Hifonics ZRX1000.1 sound good with this at 1 ohm?
I would definitely spring for a better amp. Even it it did put out 2k clean you will still be well under this subs rms. I am not sure how it will sound with that little power. Maybe someone else can chime in on how much power it takes to get the xcon's moving maybe @denim

Giving subs more power really wakes them up. The MRP-500 is pretty low power. You would really notice more authority in your bass.

I’m sure they will be a good budget setup. I think they will lack some midbass but door treatment is super important so definitely be sure to do...
