Opinion on this design from you Gurus

Someone that knows more than me tell me how this looks before I build it tomorrow and it makes me sad. Will be for a single 12 on about 3k RMS in a 2 door Blazer. The only thing I am not sure about really is how much port I should try to shoot for. Would love to hear what you gurus would do differently and why.

Seems like a lot of port area per cube...but I don't know that much on designing just the "rule of thumb" is 12-16 square inches per cube. RAM would know better than I.

i think it will be fine.

You could shrink the port a little and drop the over all box size but it should be fine as it is.

Thanks guys, I'll drop it down just a little and see what I come up with. Thanks for the suggestions and taking a look at it. Not the first I have built but it is the first I have tried to design.

That's what we're here for brah. I've built a lot of boxes over the last couple of years but I still post up my designs before I start cutting wood. Better to ask for a couple other pairs of eyes to look it over then have some stupid mistake make it through to the final product.

Port area is definitely bigger than normal, but the stiff suspension should help keep things in check pretty well if it needs to play down to the mid 20's. I agree though, I'd shrink it down some.
