nine.1 and SX combo what do you think

12" SX and nine.1

heard the amp was rated 1200 @ 1 ohm at 12.5 volts and my car is pushing about 13.8~ roughly so expecting around 1500 watts from this. ive heard to make sure to keep them where they get some fresh air otherwise they heat up but not really aware of any problems everyone seems happy with them...any comments?

oh and how does 2.8 cubes with displacement of driver tuned to about 35hz sound to you guys..if anyone else has worked with a 12" sx and knows a good box for a hard hitting DD plans would be nice //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/naughty.gif.94359f346c0f1259df8038d60b41863e.gif

what do you think of your concept amp...found a 2400 watt rms one for 240 shipped on ebay might sell the nine.1 and then pick that up to power both subs?

the cc-d2400 was benched at 2300 @ 1ohm on a 12v system, so i'm sure it would power them wonderfully... thinking about doing the same but i have a stock elec

if they are both dual 2, you would need an amp that does 2000+ at 2ohms

ahhh had to remind me of the coils **** so much for that idea. eh maybe just pick up 2 of the 1200 watt ones or sell one SX and run the nine.1 or buy another nine.1 choices choices choices

i'd say get the 9.1, it push the sx pretty good. u dont want anymore than that for it daily. wit the power u'll be gettin out the 9.1 less than 1k u should be ok. stay away from the concept, u'd be gettin more power out of the 9.1 lol, honestly. when the amp is installed in ya car, diff story

ya going to try out the one 12" and a nine.1 see how it works...if i need more bass then ill upgrade amps to something bigger and if not then ill put the SX up for sale or on the shelf till i get some more cash. thanks guys.
