amp for under $200 around 1000w RMS?

My friend is trying to find an amp for under $200 to run a L7 15 in kicker's "Street bass" high SPL box he don't have a credit card so he wants me to order it for him.

Any ideas?

Not ebay or from sombody on forums...

Somthing I can go through an automated checkout process without using paypal.

Refurb's or what ever.

Its his money but I really don't want to buy somthing for him like audiobahn's stuff

As for finding an amp for under $200 and not getting it used or from someone on the forum. You are going to find very few quality amps. There are some out there though.

I know deal's do exist.. I got my KX1200.1 for $255 almost like new accept it was broke... lol kicker's waranty fixed it for me for $30

Not true at all. I doubt very seriously you'd hear a difference. I've used the 1500d and the Viper. No difference whats so ever.
