Newbie with some sound probs

Hi guys

New guy hear, I was wondering if someone could help me with some trouble im having with my car audio.

So i will start by letting you know what my settup is:

2006 Opel corsa light

Sony xplode CDX-GT280 52x4

Vibe Black air 12" ll

Audiobank 2000w 4ch amp

JVC 490watt 6x9's

JVC 190watt 51/4' up front

I just got the amp, new front loader and sub installed today and im having a problem with like a whistleing coming from the 6x9's (i think) when i push on the accelorator....

What is the best way to get rid of the prob? It is pretty annoying lol
