Newbie: Quick question?

No, you can not wire each channel to 2 ohms, because both channels are actualy the same channel. There is two sets of terminals so that you have different wiring options, mono or dual sets of wires.

If you wire each sub to 2 ohms and then put each sub into its own channel, the amp will see a 1 ohm load, because there is in actuality only one channel. Since your amp is not 1ohm stable, I would not do this... Wire them to 4 ohms, or depending on the subs, only hook one up and see how it sounds.
