Can I wire my 4ohm DVC to two ohms? If so How can I do it? Also my amp can only go to 2ohms. please anyone help me out and tell me how to doit?

Okay, then your wiring options do not include a 2 ohm mono load. Your options are 1, 4, and 16 ohms, at stated.

He didnt say much of anything, as we are figuring out.

You CAN wire each sub to 2 ohms.

You can NOT wire boths subs to a mono 2 ohm load.

That takes care of a seperate channel option.
