Newbie needs direction help!

Hiyas sorry this may seem like a simple question but... Which way should I fire my subs? See I have an 81 camaro, meaning my trunk is solid steel, even at the back of the trunk before the seats--all steel. Just make sure the subs are plenty loud. I put some a 12 in my roommates car (80 camaro) frickin' land yacht...anyways, the steel and size of the car made the sub pretty quiet. Make sure they have lots of boom boom.

i've had afew camaro's never your year but i'd cut out the back of the seat or cut some nice holes in the rear deck lid to help get the sound in.

Thanks for the advice so far, I don't want to cut any holes for 1 main reason. The car is getting (over the course of 2 years) a 454, and Tubbed. I.e. trunk will be entirely ripped out and I'll need the support from the steel to keep the car more "stiff". It's more of a muscle car, roll bars, tied body, etc, but you gotta have tunes //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif I'll probably aim them to the cab... Have to figure out some diagrams now.. thanks for the advice!
