a Power Acoustic 1800bd or 2400bd....wired to 1ohm....

1. Yes, that model works

2. Find out what size your stock alternator is. I didn't even look at the amps, whichever one puts out the least power, if it is still over 900w.

If you don't have a large alternator to begin with, get a different sub.

I think if I were you and planning on spending the $$ for a XXX, I would upgrade the alt as well...

or if you cant afford both, maybe back off on the sub a little so you can buy another alt and upgrade the sub later on
