to be honest 1 year just tells you that they don't care about getting it done...

I've heard stories about them taking over 2 months to recone a single brahma. That's just bad business.

why is customer service bad???

cause they cut budget in that aspect to give all the got in their product.. number one priority.

just look at SS.. only can order through the site. they r in the same in the same situation.

if they wanted to make money, just join audiobahn. and have 50 + ready to pack ur chrome magnet...

because they don't have very high QC problems (HELLLO all hand built here!) just means they have a good design

I have no problem with designing a sub over a year... I do have a problem with hyping it up and all that crap when you wont have it out for a year... just plain silly.

I totally agree RE could care less about their customers...at least thats how it seems.

I'll give them credit for the time it took for the split coil to be perfected... it's a bit harder to design etc

what I don't get is why the prototype was running in march and product realistically (just my guess) won't be around till february

I have my doubts that RE is somebody's tax right-off. It may well could be but one would assume that they were is business to make money.

I cannot fathom people running RE were volunteers.

but look at Benz SL55 amg vs ford tuarus..

U'll get the ford in a day. the SL with take over a month. even though its 10 times the price. They make Money, but they make it because of their product. The effort and design pride and time they put in to it.
