Those are basically TC-9s, so at 1250RMS each you should be in the right ballpark.

I'd use a dif amp though if you are planning on comp.

Everyday driver amp would be cool.

I'd go orion 2500D instead of the Kicker IMO!

will it be loud, i kno thas a dum *** question but soundin good is 35% of my concern. i want something that would be loud as hell and juss make people step in my truck and juss look like there in pain from my subs. i was thinking 2 btl with a memphis 4kw, you think that will fit my bill?

I don't think that fits in your $1500 budget, unless you're gonna find a nice deal on some used stuff.

Either of those setups will be stupid loud. The BTL/4kW will probably be louder, but both will be ridiculously loud.

well thanks for your help, but im thinkin rlp 18's i just feel like alot of people dont have em, and if there as good as people say i think its a good choice on the wallet too, but for some reason those btl's are in the back of my head

i got a kicker zx 2500 on 3 L7 15' inside a 15 cubic ft box and my ****ing ears want stop ringing it hits hard as helllllllllll and i listen to the same type of music . i have done the big 3 with 1 kinetic 2400 and yellow top up front .ports back, subs up and it slammmmssssssss

ive heard some l7's sound ok, and some sound like crap, but i can say they were all loud , but i think i summed it down to 4 choices.

a)2 15" xxx used

b) 2 rlp 18's

c) 2 18 inch btl's

d) 2 18 aa havocs

so i ask everyone which choices would you go with, btl is a little over budget but my girlfriend will spot me the money since i bought her a system. but i ask you guys which one would you run with for 65% loud 35% sound quality?

To be honest, I'd wait for the new AQ HDC3. If they are selling for the mentioned prices, two 15's should do it for you. Eighteens are just $50 more if I remember correctly. As for amps, I had a good experience with the Massive Audio p3000.1 (around $500), or look on the forums and get two Sundown 1500d's. Spend the rest on batterie(s) and alt. Make your own box.

I say 2 xxx's 2 mt's 2 btl's 2 havocs and then 2 rpl's.. that would be my order of purchaseif i was running the setup you want
