im not 17... but im not inexperinced at all... ive done my study... and i will be working with some of the best on my install this year... and i choose CDT for a reason...
and i just proved to you that they are NOT the same tweeter in my previous post... show me something else that is the same and i will do the same

Well is your amp bridgable? If so I would try bridging your speakers as mentioned. How did you set your gain and filters? Its possible your LPF is set too low and the HPF can be too low. Pics of the EQ on the amp and the speaker terminals would help.

Also those *****ing about CDT, who cares. If someone wants to ride their nuts, more power too em. Personaly I would go with the Vifa's, the specs are pretty **** close. We nit pick tweeters here but everyone say's that Fi and Re are the same.

That dude is in major denial. Those specs can be different due to rounding differences.

If anyone wants to pay a premium for orange paint and custom grills, go right ahead. Not my money. I'd rather spend my money wisely and get more for what I pay for.

OP: I suggest you lose those 5.25"s to free up 2 channels and bridge that 6.5" set in the front.
