Are you 100% sure on the model number for your amp? Link to spec's or manual?

yeah that's the amp. It's a 1996 model, made in USA, was always putting out much better SQ than the foreign made crap today. but good luck finding manual or anything, I never have.
Bose tends to make the low and high range stand out a little more. It causes the music to sound a little more dynamic, but really all your doing is losing a bunch of midrange.
Again, look into a more powerful amp. No reason to buy nice speakers if your are not going to give them the power they need.

heres a couple diff specs..
CDT Nominal Impedance: 6 Ohms
Yours: 4 ohms
CDT Voice Coil Diameter: 26mm
Yours: 25 mm
CDT Xmax: 0.3mm
Yours: .2mm
that should be enough info....
because i have seen enough to know you dont like CDT to just not like CDT

im not 17... but im not inexperinced at all... ive done my study... and i will be working with some of the best on my install this year... and i choose CDT for a reason...
and i just proved to you that they are NOT the same tweeter in my previous post... show me something else that is the same and i will do the same
