what type of box did you have the 2000SPL's in?

2.5C^ft if I am not mistaken. I would have to ask him to be sure. It was ported as well. Not sure what is was tunned too.

and i couldnt ****ing believe it. this thing is a ****ing BEAST. so much louder than i thought it would be, and to think i almost bought two! im so **** happy with my purchase... and what gets me everytime is that i only payed 135shipped for this! this is a serious contender guys, rival's many sx setups ive heard, and blows my 10" se out of the water. gets louder than my 15" atlas did aswell. and its not even in an spl box yet.... (right now its in 1.7cubes@27Hz)

overall im very impressed with this sub. wasnt expecting it to be this loud/clean thats for sure.

Told you that you would be happy. I am thinking of selling my type r's to get 2 of the 3004spl subs like I should have done in the first place. Dont get me wrong I like the type r's but I have heard some good setups with the 3002 and 3004spl subs. We will see. Glad you like it.

its probably going to be put to use in my home theater, or i might put it in my girlfreind's car... if i decide to be nice that is:laugh: i must say though, that sub has served me well
