New set up what you think?

Well finally decided to upgrade the audio system on my 2005 Silverado ext. cab Im a newbie to the whole car audio scene so any suggestions, opinions, comments,etc everything is welcomed and appreciated what do you guys think of this set up:

1 or 2 Kicker 12' CVR's going in a sealed box underneath the back bench;

1 Hifonics ZXi1006;

1 Hifonics ZXi3406;

1 set of Polk Audio MMC6500;

1 Polk Audio MMC460 (maybe);

and my buddy gave me his old eq Kenwood KGC-4042A 5 Band Graphic EQ

As far as the head unit I was thinking of going with the Pioneer Premier DEH-P860 or Clarion VRX755VD if I'm able to get it at a decent price.

Like I said before any suggestions,comments,opinions,etc. are welcomed.

looks alright man. what is your budget maybe we can help you out. doesn't look like you have a lot a space or wanna get loud so maybe one 12 good sq sub would do the trick and a higher quality mono amp definatly.

Yeah I'm limited on space and it's not like if Im doing competition or show its just an upgrade for pesonal use daily driver. As for the budget for the amp I was thinking anywhere between $200-$300 and the sub between $50-$200 but if I can get some good stuff for less by all means let me know because I'm not looking for the best equipment but also I don't want some cheap stuff that I might have to replace in a matter of months.
