New F150 System. First Timer.

( No thats NOT fluids leaking, I just got finished washing it)

Going to be installing an all new system in my 06 STX F150. As a side not I will be getting 20" rims, 20% tint, and a spray in bed liner soon as well.

This is my first ever audio system (unless you count using a 8" sub off my stock HU) and I though I would just make a miniature work log for it.

Components:

(1) Fi Q 12"

Kicker ZX1000.1

Kenwood Excelon x990

60sq ft of Raammat

Big 3 with 1/0

Still need to decide on 4 Channel amp and a set of components.

I am thinking about a matching zx350.4 and CDT 61EF speakers.

Box Design and build by Powernaudio.

2 cubic feet and tuned to 34.9 hz.

Kicker ZX1000.1

Got it in a few days back.

I should have my Q in Tuesday and I am buying the x990 local tommorow. I am ordering some Raammat soon and need to order a 4 channel amp and components very soon as well. I also still need amp and speaker wiring.

Oh yea. Having an amp rack made:

It will show off the ZX1000 and put it in a position to easily be accessed from driver seat.

Havent decided where to mount the 4 channel yet, probably under the seat. Oh, and I just ordered a 350.4

Some good news and bad news...

Good news: got my Fi Q and x990 in...both are beautiful.

Bad news: broke my left collar bone in a dirtbike wreck on Sunday afternoon...that means a good 6 weeks before I will be able to start installing. But it will give me more time to save up extra cash for a badass set of components.

nice gear, but bummer on your collar bone. let that shoulder heal! cuz broke his collarbone and didnt give it time to fully heal right, so he lost about 20% of his shoulder movement.

yeah i have broken my right collar bone before so i know the procedure. but it sucks because was looking forward to getting this stuff installed.
