Dois u see my thread on Caco? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif in the sun the vibra flex is so soft the roof still sounds like pop cans. In the shade in 50' weather it's rock solid. it was bubbling and falling off... Andrew was cool and refunded the Money. Good guy.
dang, that fking *****! no roof duty for that then!

3/4" birch, no point in doing 1/2" as price is about the same........no deadener will hang with a roof done up right with wood/glass and PL glue
yea, bigger the better but i dont know how much space he has.. id do some deadners between the "ribbed" sections just to keep it from possibly having any nasty resonance.

the CLD times are pretty cheap and you dont need many to be effective

My next rebuild with 18's, I'm going a concrete floor, plywood reinforced roof, steel bar reinforced doors, and a stripper pole. Using my car bucket seats so I can add 6" to my wall depth.

dont waste your time on concerete floor. just get some hardy plank and lay some time ceramic tile down.. much less porous and much harder..

cement is brittle it chips and crackks easily when its under torsion stress..

use some 3/4 ply on the sub-floor then cement board and use lager tiles.. its very FCUKIN strong. flexbond thinset to set the tiles(its more flexible) and some grout mixed with just a little concrete to seal the tiles.

cement in a foundations uses expansion joints and steel in it to help adsorb the torsion energy and reflect it throughout the entire slab to avoid cracking/braking it also helps the tinsel strength and compression strength.

boy ain't i cool?
