question is though its the core soft or hard? cabinet makers look for finished and usually use softer cores for finishing..

i was looking into some plywood did some research. its a faily big industry in la.. i found a lot of suppliers but a lot of it is soft core with slightly thicker veneer skins for finishing.

Hickory at Home Depot has that half inch with a hard core. might try to double them and see how it works out..

your lucky! what other woods have you tried?

I have a dewalt table saw, just don't have the blade.. imagine how much quicker id be able to get this all done. also, I was looking to get a router so I can cut perfect circles and round off the edges, make it look all pro

Three layers with steel pipe bracing. I didn't build mine though. I had Altimate automotive build the wall.
