new 5kwrms adassa sub *pic*

it is an SPL sub. nobody ever said it was a daily sub. how many fckin daily subs do u know that will do 5k all the time???? none. would melt any voic coil. the sub is made for SPL applications.
You dont make enclosure volume and tuning reccomendations on an SPL sub. If you do you are a ****tard.

Every vehicle is different even compeditor will have different power to apply to the driver.

Quick question.....why did the company not have a problem with rebadging a MA audio sub, but had a problem with IA and AT using the same amp (and not even the production level IA's are they?) and want to compeltly redesign it. If anything, id think theyd want to find a more reputable company to rebadge a sub off of?

adassa has different subs by the same company who is making them. has the same motor and basket but the coil is different. so yes it looks like the eho. u seen the other sub. u think its a copy of RE too cause its using the same basket? but i will finish repeating myself.

im not the owner. i dont make the choices. im not a sale rep. im nothing besides the designer of the logo. thats all. i talk to the owner all the time and i just tell you what i know.

I dunno....I find it VERY odd of these specs:

Model EHO154- Quad 1.3 Ohm Voice Coils

3 in. Black Anodized Aluminum Coil Former

228 oz Magnet

High Density Foam Surround

Woven Tensil Leads

2500W RMS

5000W MAX

Enclosure : 5 ft3

Vented 40Hz - (2) 5in round x 9.5in. deep, or

slotted 10in. x 5in. x 9.5in. 50Hz - (2) 6in. round x 7in. deep, or slotted 10in. x 5in. x 7in

And then your super sub:

3 in. Black Anodized Aluminum Coil Former

228 oz Magnet

High Density Foam Surround

Woven Tensil Leads

5000W RMS

10,000W MAX

Enclosure : 5 ft3 Vented

40Hz - (2) 5in round x 9.5in. deep, or slotted 10in. x 5in. x 9.5in. 50Hz - (2) 6in. round x 7in. deep, or slotted 10in. x 5in. x 7in.

Granted, im sure there can be slightly different varations in voice coils (windings, matierals, glue ect)

I dont care if he jerks off on the cone and calls it his own sub, its still a rebadged MA

Thats why i personally never tend to hype something that i have never had my hands on or played around with first hand. Some facts can get "streched" a bit from one person to the next

i never once said it could handle 5k all the time. i just said thats what the company said. but yah i dont hype anything. it just got bashed so everyone wanted to join in, in the fun. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif lol

so its all good.

Did you not say it had a RMS of 5000 watts. If you have said this, then yes you did.

Exactly how many coil manufactures are there in the united states? Aside from that how many reputable coil manufactures are in the world?

They dont use different glue, and the glue is what melts and how it fails, it atomizes (spelling?) then the coils become unwound from the former and short out on the metal inside of the motor. Then it litterally burns apart.

The wire in and of itself rarely fails, its the glue that causes a chain reaction. Current and heat is your worst enemy in this case. And with a "5000 watt rms" rating, you'll see soon enough //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif.

i said what the fckin paper said. i never once said it could do it daily. i did say it could easily handle it on a burp. but im just gonna hear the same comment after this post as ive heard the last 3000 post.

so **** my huge E BALLS.
