Well I want some more power!!!! Lol Im thinking of getting two 2007 12" Solo Barics L7's. I currently have the 05 versions. Here are the specs on the 07 versions. Only reason for the replacement is because I noticed a few small rips on the inner cone. So anyways... here the specs on the subs. Per sub ofcourse:

* frequency response: 20 - 100 K

* mounting depth: 6 11/16

* cut out diameter: 11-3/16

* sealed box volume: .88 - 2.00 cubic feet

* vented box 1.75 - 3.25 cubic feet

* Square design gives more surface area than a normal round sub (this will sound like an 18" sub) a

* Solokon 1 piece cone

* Cast aluminum basket

* Santoprene rubber surrounds

* High Temperature Coils

My current sub enclosure is a Vented ProBox "Super Bass" 2-12-SQ-SPB:

* Airspace: 2.75 cu. ft. per side

* L: 38” W: 24.5” H: 14.5”

My current amp is a Rockford Fosegate T10001bd mono amp. Should I upgrade my amp too??? If so what to??? Mabey a ZX1500.1?? Here are the specs on the RF amp :

* 500 W x 1 @ 4 Ohms RMS

* 750 W x 1 @ 2 Ohms RMS

That fosgate will give you every bit of 1300w rms, and the Kicker will give you about 1600, so you're talking 300w or so(roughly) difference.

If you're noticing that your older L7's are wearing and tearing, go ahead and replace them, the newer L7's are pretty sweet, after all.

You could always upgrade to a 2000w Power fosgate //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif, but your Fosgate you now have is an incredible amp and will push those subs, I dont know that gaining those 250 - 300 watts off going to the ZX1500 is worth ti for you, and for what the Kickers cost I'd just get the new power from Fosgate at 2000w, set your gains right and you'll be fine

You could always try this route

Or pick up a Sundown 1500D, it'd do all you want as well. If you want to stay mainstream, that Kicker is a good amp but I'd rather have the Power Fosgate

Oh and you also might want to consider changing boxes, I think the Pro boxes are tuned a little bit high (38-40hz) and if you do a custom box you should be able to get a pretty good bit better lows out of em
