yes please inform us. paying 400 dollars to have gains set is insane. especially if the ****** doesnt do it right and your subs fry. as said many times already the aq will take that power EASY. there must have been some serious clippingdude.. i told you what you did.. that aq will handle 2500-3000.. especially if its the aluminum coils..
lets see.. what is your box tuned to? maybe you were playing under tuning for too long..
what were your gains set to?
what was your bass boost set too?

or look at the gain setting tutorial on here.
all you need is a digital multimeter thats about $10 at any hardware store.
or an oscope but the dmm is cheaper and easier//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif no try again
clipped/fried/hit with sledgehammer..dude.. i told you what you did.. that aq will handle 2500-3000.. especially if its the aluminum coils..

yes but not accurate. it does not account for certain things //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif so you might was well set it by ear if u use a dmm. granted it is a tad more accurate but not really by much......or an oscope but the dmm is cheaper and easier
yeah but we all know that he has no idea what a clipped signal sounds likeyes but not accurate. it does not account for certain things //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif so you might was well set it by ear if u use a dmm. granted it is a tad more accurate but not really by much......
