dude.. i told you what you did.. that aq will handle 2500-3000.. especially if its the aluminum coils..

lets see.. what is your box tuned to? maybe you were playing under tuning for too long..

what were your gains set to?

what was your bass boost set too?

go to the shop and ask them how they set your gains..

yes please inform us. paying 400 dollars to have gains set is insane. especially if the ****** doesnt do it right and your subs fry. as said many times already the aq will take that power EASY. there must have been some serious clipping

 
google "set gains on car amplifier"
or look at the gain setting tutorial on here.

all you need is a digital multimeter thats about $10 at any hardware store.

clipped/fried/hit with sledgehammer..

regardless of what happened im just trying to get some **** 12s!

haha :) plus this gigantic box and 50 pound single sub kind of weigh down my efforts as a fast and furious wannabe on the streets

fucck it why buy good subs even? walmart sells these vr3's that would blow real nice off that power and sound great doing it:)
