this is what I want to do. Of course there are terminal cups that the wires have to go through EDIT: seems I don't know how to upload photos lol I am new to forums as well

Another edit: lets see if this one works also since I have two positive and negative ports on my amp i'd separate them

Why do you want a 4ohm final load?

Why do you want a 4ohm final load?
On sonic's wiring diagrams, there are only two wiring options for two 4 ohm dual voice coil subs and a mono block amp, 4 ohms and 1 ohms. my amp can't handle 1 ohms so 4 is all thats left

Are you guys confusing each other?... lol!... the amp you got may have 2 pos and 2 neg but it is a 2 ohm stable mono amp... you need a 1 ohm stable one... This is another you might consider... New Hifonics Zeus ZXX-1200.1D 1200W Mono Block Class D Car Audio Amplifier Amp ... this has a bit more power than the other one I listed... this is the one Gramps has and it would serve well... Presision Power P10001 Precision Power Phantom Monoblock Class D 1000w Rms 709483038219 | eBay... these diagrams seem to add confusion... just put all the positives together and negatives together and you'll have 1 ohm...LOL!... yeah what happened to buying a new one?..

Think I'm gonna go with that ppi 1000 when I buy one. Thanks for all the help guys! This helped me a ton, just one last confirmation, I can run my subs to my amp with that initial wiring diagram I posted? Thanks!!
NOT RECOMMENDED...(all paralleled) THE SUBS ARE WIRED AT 2 OHM EACH... THAT AMP IS A MONOBLOCK... 2 OHM STABLE...YOU'LL PUT A 1 OHM LOAD TO THE AMP... the amp has 2 positives and 2 negatives but that doesn't mean it is a 2 channel amp... you CAN wire at 4 ohm(series /parallel) but you'll only draw 300 or so watts... It'll work but not full amp power...

I am going to buy a new amp but I can't for a couple months because my truck ***** the money out of my wallet! Right now my goal is to make my existing amp work with what I got until I have the necessary funds to purchase a new amp lol, sorry for the confusions, I'm trying to get a million questions answered haha (Pic of my truck just for reference)

Yes you can series parallel the subs to a 4 ohm load... it'll work...

Man ...it is hard to find a diagram worth a sh*t!... LOL!

I know that Popwarhomie ended the thread but I just wanted to say that I wired everything up and it was pretty quiet without pushing the gain up, so I'm just sticking with my 10" Memphis SR for now. . . it pushes way more air. Okay now end thread lol

Sure, 600 volts, yep. If you’re trying to launch the subwoofer cones to the moon! And, that’s if they don’t just vaporize first!

Is that 1000w max? Don't expect to be able to bridge a 1000w amp at 2 ohms and get 500w x 2ch. I'm pretty sure you can't with that amp, for...
