I have a dual 2 ohm 15'' Fi BL Fully Loaded (2000 watts). And the amp i have is a Rockford Fosgate Prime R1000-1D the specs are (4 ohms 500 watts x 1 chan. & 2 ohms 1000 watts x 1 chan). And i have the sub wired like the pic below. Is the sub receiving the full 1000 watts? And i plan on upgrading to a 1500 watt amp how big of a difference will this amp make compared to the 1000 watt amp?

your wired @ 4ohm according to the pic. and looking at specs your only seeing 500rms before electrical drop and impedance rise . so your the answer to your question is no. need a amp that puts out max rms @ 4 or 1ohm

Sure, 600 volts, yep. If you’re trying to launch the subwoofer cones to the moon! And, that’s if they don’t just vaporize first!

Is that 1000w max? Don't expect to be able to bridge a 1000w amp at 2 ohms and get 500w x 2ch. I'm pretty sure you can't with that amp, for...
