It would be easy to describe how to build the box. But DD
wants 104 sqinches. So that means you need a 3" by 34.75
port that is 14.83" deep. Basically a full box width port.
That will require a lot of bracing. That bracing needs to be
accounted for in terms of airspace. I'm not skilled enough
to put that box plan together.
Basically, what your looking at is a 6.39 cu^ft box (including the MDF)
36.25 W x 17" H x 22" D
5.27 cu^ft airspace + 1.12 cu^ft of port
No bracing accounted for, must be a single port to work.
The port would simply be a .75" by internal box width (3" x 34.75")
piece of MDF that is 14.83" deep. No L required. I would need to
recalculate for bracing.
