Need a quote box design/build

Box needs to be somewhere between 2.5cuft and 2.75cuft tuned to 30hz ported

I have a rough sketch of the dimensions I have available in my trunk.

Can I get a quote how much for just the design (with measurements of how cut size of each piece),

and

a quote for how much built + shipped to oakland, ca

Here's what I have available in my trunk space

Measurements aren't exact at the moment (+ or - a few cm/inchs, but they're pretty close numbers as to how much space is available), its just to give you builders an idea what you'll be working with.

I dont know thats what people whos got a 15" IDQ been recommending,as well as the spec sheet...

As for your box, I think that you should stick to what they recommend. 2 cubes sound a little small. I would try to fit 2.5 cubes in there.

Well there wrong i would do at least 3.5 cubes.

how do u know? have u personaly built a 2.5 for a IDQ and a 3.5 and tested them to see a difference

Im not saying it wont, but I dont see why it would "love" that tiny of enclosure.

F*uck you u smart ***. Just cuase they recomend it dont really mean nuthin. ITS RECOMEND. My ssd i had was recomended for 3.5 cubes but got louder and sounder better in 4 cubes.

Do you have any idea what parameters dictate optimum enclosure size? Would you then care to tell me how none of them matter except Sd?

I know of a 15" that would sound horrible in 4-5 cubes and would sound amazing in over 100+ cubic feet of airspace per driver.

It's all in the design of the woofer and not the cone area.

And yes, 2.5-3.0 cubes would be about perfect for the IDQ. Tune it close to 30hz and things should be very nice.
