Need a little help...

Ok i just bought a 2005 chevrolet 2500 HD 4x4 and it has a vibration in the 4wd shifter from 35-45 mph. Once above 45 it stops until 85 mph and starts again.....

I have checked the front U-joints and front half shafts and all seem tight.....So if anyone could help it would be great. Thanks

Take the front drive shaft out for the front axle. Then drive it. See if you feel the problem then.

Still had the vibration but got it figured out what it was front joint of rear driveshaft had a cracked cap so got a new joint and WOOT!!!!! No more vibration

Those years Chevy's are known for their driveshaft problems.....good catch!!!!
