my friend has a newer buick with the monsoon system and the two rear speakers blew so he took his car to the shop and had them install a set of kove 6x9's he already had in the place of the monsoon and now about a week later the rear speakers arent making any sound.

Does anybody know what ohm the monsoon speakers are? I wonder if the koves werent to low of ohm causing to fry the factory amp? All the other speakers work so I dont know.
