Ignore max, ignore peak, and in general, ignore about any rating on the budget brand amps because they inflate them so bad. They force you to look at the fuses and try to guesstimate about how much power they'll give you. And that guesstimation is significantly more accurate than their ratings.
Boss is a step down from Power Acoustik IMO.
And being a 4 ch amp throws your 2 ohm 4 ohm stuff I tried to explain to you with the 2 ch PA out the door.
2nd of all, that Boss has 2x35A fuses for a total of 70A. That would indicate somewhere around 700w at minimum impedance, but since you will have a pair of dvc 4's you can't GET minimum impedance so you're stuck with running each sub at 8 ohms on a bridged pair of channels, so about 250w per sub.
Not the end of the world, but you can do better. Especially now that you're willing to spend $200.

You can wire one sub at 2 ohms for about 600w, and when you get the 2nd one you can drop it down to 1 ohm for about 500w each. It's one of the more popular budget amps and since it's a class D it won't be as hard on your electrical system as the Boss and PA.
