Need 1200 watts for $350

Looking for a sub amp that has the following specs:

Must do atleast 1200 watts at either 1 or 4 ohm at 13.8volts. The more watts the better.

Must have 24 dB/octave LP xover.

Must be able to find one used for $350 shipped. Hence the price new would obviously be more.

The amp I am considering the most is the Xenon 1200.1 since it has the 24B xover. I need 24, so don't suggest something that has less.

I am giving up my Tantrum 1200.1 becuase it only has 18dB slopes.
