I paid $300 per 12 sub x2 for fosgates that I later found to be $99. Paid 500 for the amp later saw it for 150. At least he got a better deal than me

Yep, we all begin somewhere...no problems man, I hope you enjoy your new tunes.

I began with 2 pioneer 12's and a lanzar vibe258...actually got loud, just had to get more sq in there somehow. Oh, I needed to hear words at some point too...oh the days when bass was all that mattered.

I haven't heard those items before, but for a first system I am sure you will be happy enough with it. It's better then what I had in my old truck, I had 4" kenwood speakers in the front and sony 6X9's in the back, and the pioneer HU I still have(check my sig) but it only coast like 250 or something like that.

Like everyone else has said, you will someday probably want to upgrade, and you will learn from what you have now. good luck to ya
