My system

Alright I got my system together finally. I got a pyle amp 2400x1 for my 2 pyle 12s high performance. pyle 6.5 for the front and rear. and a JVC KD-G200. im going to be wireing all this up with walmart wire. It should sound good once im all finished wiring up and tuning the system. Im thinking I will hit around 130+ db.

What do you all think of this system?; I may also want to compete.

Im going to be wiring it up tonight.

Could of invested on better equipment. That amp probably does 500 watts...

omg. i pissed muself when i read this. pyle is like the lowest form of car audio. whoever told you it was good stuff is either dumb, or saw you were a sucker. mind if i ask how much you paid for this stuff?

Don't worry man, we all started off somewhere. I started off with a Wal-Mart Pioneer package and Jensen subs / amp and I was happy with it...well, for a few weeks anyway. There's a guy who runs around here with a little Geo Metro (maybe some other small car) and some Pyle 12s and he seems happy. They're actually decent loud for the price. But just enjoy your system, if it doesn't satisfy you, then you can upgrade like most of us here have done time and time again.

i started out with sony xplods from walmart. put my thumb on the cone and it cracked in half. i don't know how many times i exchanged them at walmart because i burnt the voice coil. i saw a knob on my amp that said max (gain) and thought i should crank that baby up.
