my new system can i hit 150?

45x30x15, already went to a shop, run it on box making software, basically id have the smallest recommended ported enclosure which is a "sq" ported enclosure, no where near largest recommended max enclosure for max spl. Therefore I figured might as well just do a small sealed box with amp rack instead

i personally think sealed sounds better and hits harder, may not vibrate and meter as loud but sounds louder imo
These parts are false. The only way sealed is going to sound louder is due to: more power, more cone area, larger enclosure, or smaller cabin

No sealed box of comparable dimensions will ever be as loud to the meter, or the ear as a ported. More flat respone, so louder at certain hz, yes. More ouptut, no.

Yes I should have done 2 solo x and 4 amps, I more like a bass that hits hard and pops, rather than tickle your eats pressure. After hearing what a single 15 xfl, or 2 18 btls can do I'm happy I bought kickers rather than being really dumb and buying mojos only to find out how much cheaper and louder sa's are

I wasntld on underground subs for the longest time. I bought a 12" fi btl and a hifonics amp off a kid on Craigslist. It beat really hard in his Dakota in the back seat in a box built for the sub tuned to 30 something hertz. I went home hooked it up in the back of my trailblazer, same wiring, didn't touch the sub kept it at 1 ohm, and it barely sounded like I had a system, I figured it was cuz I had a bigger cabin area, I was pissed and sold the sub for 150, kept the amp and put 3 cvr's on it. Much better, like 2 weeks later i sold the cvrs and threw 3 cvx's on the amp in the same 3 cube sealed box and i was happy for a while. Then i had a fire in my car when a speaker terminal melted, and someone broke into my house a month later and stole my subs. So i went all winter without bumps, first break of nice wether i went and bought the first 2 l7's on a limited budget
