i didnt say i needed a shop for an install........ im looking for a shop that can bench test my amp

i already have a shop hooking me up with a nice *** deal for the install.. i'd rather pay $20 and watch a trustworthy shop do the install.. ill probably learn a few things anyway

I take it that shop doesn't have the necessary equipment to bench test? I know my local shop doesn't. You might have better luck looking at bigger shops rather than neighborhood shops.

yea its a small audio shop run by some people i know... anyone know if Bestbuy would do bench tests?

alright i my got system hooked up the other day.. took about 50mins to get everything installed and set right.. vids will be up tommrow

Amp mounted behind the box.. this is with the rear seats folded down

it was getting dark when i took the pics of the amp.. ill see if i can get better pictures of everything.. the install was done very clean.. no wires hanging out or anything.. all the wires are tucked away

quick question though.. the guys that installed my subs have set all the gains and settings properly

but they set the subsonic to around 45hz, im guessing... it ranges from 15hz-55hz

just wondering if i can lower it to around 26hz or so because i have a sealed setup

bump...

as of right now i have my SSF all the way down... but what should my low pass filter and Bass EQ be set at?

Bass EQ ranges from 0db-12db

Low Pass ranges from 40hz-150hz

Set your Bass EQ to 0 or off.

Set your subsonic filter to 20hz. Since you have sealed it defeats the purpose of using one but i whould still set it to 20hz just in case.

Set your LPF to 80hz

What kind of HU do you have ?

I can assist you with setting it up properly after i get more info on the HU.

HU is stock unfortunatly... i wont be getting a afternarket HU til feb.
