do they help in ne way to help keep the box sealed tighter... i no its ported but u only want air coming out of the port correct? and maybe a little bit escaping through the surround of the sub?

The only thing screws are good for is holding the wood together until the glue dries..after that, you could back all the screws out and be fine (most people just leave them in though...)

oh well now i no thanks... i feel stupid but then again... not that much because im new at this... but u guys are great helping me out im glad the level of dickheadness in my thread is relitivly low and there its tons of positive help XD i like it

Dude. Use some 8 gauge, seriously.

In a Focus, unless you have a 5 speed, theres a place in the drivers side where there's just a little plastic panel you can drill through, no problem.

Also, if you want a proper ported box on the cheap, let me know. I'll hook you up.

lol, everyone has to learn sometime I suppose...I would leave those screws in though, it would be easier to explain those, than to explain a ton of holes in the box...

Nice sub btw...I've always like Memphis stuff

heres my wiring job less ghetto than b4

You *NEED* to get your wires away from the door jam.. That shit is going to get pinched.. You have it pinched on the plastic.. That plastic can cut it.. The interior panels shift and move and rub as you drive the car..

Your power wire is thin as hell too.. How many watts?

I don't see any fuses anywhere?

I bet that ground is horrible also.. I'd check that..

You need to learn to keep stuff from your parents and just do it how you want.

I really suggest you remove that video from Youtube so you don't add your video and yourself to the list of people who get trolled 24/7..

that would be awesome if i could maybe someday when i get new stuff ill go up there and we could install it
Why do you have to get new stuff?

You should meet up with him to run all new wiring and get a new box..

You need that NOW not when you get new stuff and then when you get new stuff you will have the wiring done already..
