my first fiberglass box build

from what i understand it makes it more of a liquid by adding the resin so you actually have less sanding to do. it fills in the low spots a lot faster than laying kitty hair. we generally just use rage gold or a similar body filler and start sanding when it is about 3/4 of the way dry. in my opinion, that's easier.

Yeah I have had people watch me work tell me about how much easier it is to use the "milkshake" method. I still think it's a cop out for people who don't know how to properly apply body filler. I usually use kitty hair to help form the shape a lttle better, then comes filler. If it's justa wavy surface I'm trying to fix then I wil skip the kitty hair also. And I love my cheese grater body file lol //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
