welp i just woke up and went to lift it off the counter.....

it held

so it took it over to my couch and started yanking on it as in holding the whole sub by the baffle and pulling and it stayed . so later i'll do a 3rd coat of jb and probably call it done

thanks, i'm actually a bad *** welder. mig, tig, arc, and torch. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif
So explain the process you would use to weld it. Just tig it? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/rolleyes.gif.c1fef805e9d1464d377451cd5bc18bfb.gif

no not cast, too many impurities in cast so you'll pop holes in that sob. i'd either use aluminum spool from the mig with helium or alum. rod. then grind smooth. quit testing me.
