If you can fit ported port that sucka. I'd imagine hardly any output due to the vehicle being used lol. And it might weigh down the power wheel. You sure it's going to move?

what is the LW??? there is a box height rule in her class so i would have to put the port on the bottom if i can it lower than 16" tall but, i think that 8L7 would be loud with a 800watt amp

How big, roughly do you have?

The LW is a sub made by AudioQue, it's their lightweight series. Not too expensive, supposively gives some heck of an output.

AudioQue is somewhat of a sister company to Digital Designs, you could say, their structures are very alike from what I've been told.

It'd do well, but if she likes the 8L7 then go wit hthat, it's all about her being happy. The 8L7 just happens to get really loud lol

well i saw an re RE8 burped off a rockford T3000bd (i think thats the model number)...anyhow...3000w + RE 8 + mini van + very very well designed ported box = 134.7dB on the Termlab with 1 re8...that was cool.....

According to teh guy at AudioQue - a DB amp + AQ LW 8 + 1^ft box ported at 35hz with 250watts to it = 141 on the term lab

Where's the electrical system on one of those? They have 2 ***** *** 6 volts...at least the 3 that i put together had those.

I've seen someone that did a setup like this on a Barbie powerwheels for his little sister. The box/sub were on the truck but the amp/hu/battery were in a separate cabinet and were just wired up for the comp. The little girl had to be able to work the controls on the HU also in order to compete. She did win her class, mic in the port of the box. Wish I had a link to it....

it's called MECA kids and the class my daugther is in is restricted to a 8" sub and a 20amp agu fuse
