maybe cause the VAS of ths woofer changes with the size of the woofer u have so if u dont have the room for the 18's the VAS of the sub is then not in alignment this is why u drop down to a smaller woofer and gain .... guess u didnt do ur math and just through the biggest box in there huh ,,,,, u say u SUV guys... have u seen people take out there rear seats in a suv but not do a wall ... thats so they can get the CORRECT box in the truck

Ok well today I mounted everything permanently. Any opinions on how my amp is gonna do on the top of the box? Will the vibrations cause the amp to mess up?

Well, what would your thoughts be on how I should have done the box, so that way I can improve feature designs? I'm always up for learning new things so please teach me.

i have rear air ( cause im a baller) so my panels may be a little different.. ill go take some pics i dont know about skips

Ya I put some coins, keys, and other stuff on the top to see how bad it vibrates. It does a little vibration but not bad.

sorry u cant afford to have a vehicle that has rear air.. lol but the carpet is my false floor i threw in there and thats just standard box carpet if u look so i dont know how its cheesy since it comes in 90% of standard cars in the trunks... that cheesy carpet looks better then ur cheesy truck
