As I said, not good on stock electrical.

Well yeah...I'm just saying i was fine w/ it for 10's of thousands of miles on a 120a alt and stock sized battery..Car had over 100k on it..Iirc those cruisers had a 85 or 95a alt..Another ex: My 91 caprice had 2 kicker 800.2's, 800.4 and for 12's and it did dim but hung in there like a champ.

Do the big 3, a battery out back and i think he'd be fine running 2000rms.

He is on a budget and wants good product with good results. Not that sounds great until it breaks.

I plan on having it built, also i already have 2 kicker cvr 12's the silver face plate model. My budget is around 750 dollars i already have a 500 watt jl audio amp and a sony xplod head unit. my current system sounds alright but i want it to be louder, also im having a local car audio place do it...i snapped a picture of the rear floorboard but it was dark and the flash on my phone was awful i try and get a better picture during daylight

If I were gonna get this thing loud I would find a couple FI Q 18s and run them on 1-1.5kw to start, Probably do that easy on 750-1000 bucks.

you get the subs from audioque.com and maybe get the amp from ebay but im not sure.

Well your definition of loud and mine must be 2 different things. And yes, I do know what I am doing.
