MAJOR TC-5200 Problem

Well I blew the side off my 1" MDF box and cracked all the wood with my 2 15" TC-5200s. So I decided to throw the box out today after the subs have just sat in my car not being played for months. I took one of them out, the one that blew the side of the box off, and the top assembly came unscrewed from the motor inside the box... //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/help.gif.cee8f684da1ba626487a8bc51152e1ec.gif

Now my other 5200, I couldnt even unscrew the top assembly to put my other silver top assembly on so I have no clue how this one came unscrewed from the motor. I have never seen this happen before so I was instantly like WTF?!

I still have no clue how this happend. Anyone else have this happen???

It was screwed on insanely tight. I took it out of the box it came in from TC and tried to screw it off to look at the voice coil and it did not move at all. I still havent gotten any of my 4 5200 top assemblies off yet by unscrewing them. I know for a fact that it did not budge whatsoever when I put it in the enclosure. Maybe the silver 5200s were designed badly???

And how can I be wrong when I have 4 sitting in front of me right now??

How am I managing to be wrong? You have (1) 5200 and I have 4 of them in front of me. The other 2 black ones are still in the plastic packaging, but heres a picture of the boxes that all 4 came in. The newest ones come in 18 inch boxes now (bottom 2 boxes) so you can eat me. All my black coned ones are powdercoated. I dont know what kind of BS TC sent you lol
