Low Budget 8" ?

I have a BMW Z3 Roadster and am going to put a custom box between the seats :thumbsup

Unfortuneately the wife has pulled my check book after buying the car and I can't go over 100$ on a sub.

I was looking at the Rockford Fosgate P28S4.

What you think?

The only requirements are:

Has to be an 8"

The box is no more than 0.33 cubic feet. So not all Subs will work.
