Re 8 question

hey i just installed a xxx 15 in my eclipse in a 2cuft sealed box and i noticed i have a bit of room left over so i want to install 2 re 8s. i was thinking it would look pretty cool if i put them each in their own bandpass box built into the wall with a blue light inside so you could see them through the plexi glass. has anyone ever heard of re8s in a bandpass or anyone know how that might sound? or just any feed back at all wood be good.

re8's sound best in about 1-1.25 cuft ported to mid 30's.
