Low rumble from new speakers

I recently updated my 2019 Ram 1500 to an android auto stereo as well as two new kicker front speakers. After the installation, I keep hearing a low growling noise every few minutes coming from the speakers, even when the volume is all the way down. Does anyone know what's causing this rumbling and how to fix it?

Poor ground most likely, I'll let other members weigh in on this. It boils down to the signal path being invaded looking for a ground path. Bad connections all the way to gains out of reality can cause "motorboating"... You'll especially notice the sound at low volume or between songs. Or a poor HU
Just to be thorough I'd ask for equipment and any "installation" information to possibly diagnose the problem.
The installation of your "Android" screams cheapo equipment up front. Quality costs usually and "Android" options are famously a poor choice.

Opinion on dual CarPlay and Android capability units?

😂 It was a cheaper one I found on Amazon. I guess you get what you pay for. More than likely that is the problem. I should have known when it came pre wired with a canbus ,as well as the dash kit, for $160, it was too good to be true. I'll probably look into Sony, Kenwood, or pioneer
