Way to watch a news broadcast or election commercial for romney and think it is in anyway legit without looking into the full speech. What he said in full context, not just that statement, was that businesses in America are not built fully independently on their own. He said that for a business to succeed, it needs a solid infrastructure such as good roads, railroads, communications systems, police and everything else. He said that they did not build the infrastructure, so therefore any success of any business can be directly related to the integrity of everything around them. That is a 100% true statement. Car audio companies for example would not exist if they didn't have radio/tv commercials, shipping companies to get their products around the country or to bring their products in from overseas to begin with, without police nothing would really stop anyone from going to the warehouse and stealing everything every night.

President Obama isn't a bright guy. Technically we did build the roads. With OUR tax money. Its the government that hasn't done jack. And we need to realize that. If they didn't build roads some one else would figure it out and how to make a buck on it. Im sure you have heard of supply and demand. What he said was ignorant and it shows you in what direction this country is going.

I think I remember hearing 30+ million in tax dollars a year for Cali from the marijuana dispenseries. And that was before the boom where the popped up on every corner. Why the hell would they vote againstt all that tax money while half the state is filing for bankrupcy?!

Because it is California. There is a lot of legislation and laws that seem funny to the rest of the country.

It's because they screwed up from the beginning and want to start over with a clean slate. They were never regulated properly so the ban is supposed to be for 30 days so they can start over.

Hell why regulate it more? More people getting it, more tax monies. They tax the hell out of it..let it keep on rolling. Lol

I think this law was one of the dumbest moves out here in Cali. What we need to do is tax it like alcohol and that would help the hole we are in. Alcohol is allot more harmful than Mary Jane.

Yup, OVER 900 in LA city (not LA county). I think this is one of the reasons for the ban, is people stopped taking it seriously.

Easily 30 mil a year. Not only dispensaries that have to charge tax on EVERY PURCHASE made (which is probably hundreds of thousands daily) the growers and caregivers also have to pay a large tax on how many plants they are allowed to grow.

Do it. It can't hurt, if you don't like it don't use it. As every medical patient says, it doesnt cure the pain.. it makes life more manageable and happy with the pain and takes your mind off it.

It's better to have safe stores to buy it from than trying to buy it from a drug dealer and have the possibility of getting robbed or having it laced.
