The Pioneer TS-W3002D2 Is by far the most powerful sub of any of those options you listed... You are NOT going to find a better sub for the $100-ish price range...

I really don't care if the specs are B/S or not, I'm running one right now daily on 1200w rms beating the ever loving shiznit out of it and it sounds good & takes the punishment like a champ day in day out

Odds are you won't even be able to sell that on here... I sold my TS-W3002D2 for $85 locally... I paid $108 for it shipped & used the h3ll out of it, but it was still solid and sounded good...
