shopping around for a solid sq amplifier

I really want to diamond audio 800.1 but that model was discontinued and very hard to find. Does sundown make an amplifier in this range. You dont have to do the research for me just give me some links to look at.

too much money and I don't need it to produce any more than 800 at 1 ohm....and I think this has been asked before but does lowering the ohms have any effect on the sq

nope, running at a lower ohm load will make the amp run less efficiently and produce more heat iz all.

again email for best pricing //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

remember, headroom is NOT a bad thing at all. its good to have a little more than your speakers rating if you know what youre doing

just so you know this is going to be pushing either a fi ssd or rl-i 10". Both of which are 500rms i believe. The reason I want a little more is with all subs I have had in sealed enclosures they all seem like they could take a little more power

ive heard great things about that amp but I take looks into consideration when I buy amps and HU etc.. and that thing is plain ugly. Looks like a cheap boss marine amplifier

ya, like i said. if you know what you are doing, overhead is not a bad thing. if anything it will make the amp run cooler and more efficiently....efficiency ftw
