looked into them not a big fan of the stackable design. Do they have mounts to screw it down to mdf?

If u can work with 600 @4 ohms. Stable power regulator so it puts out 600 @4 ohm even when the car's off.

do the different classes of amps offer better/worse sq. Is .5% THD really noticeable? Does signal to noise ratio have a big impact on sq. Basically Which of these values do I need to take into consideration when looking for an amp for a sq application.

ive heard great things about that amp but I take looks into consideration when I buy amps and HU etc.. and that thing is plain ugly. Looks like a cheap boss marine amplifier

Look for a used Crossfire VR600D.

Phoenix Gold xenon x600.1. It does 600rms on 1,2,3,4 ohms. It also have been rated to put out 700+

steg do a 240x1 at 4ohms which is rated at about 750 at 2ohms and that should do the trick pm me if your interested its built for sq and very well built i might ad and is the same sort of money as your budget plus post unless you get one from there in the states and it will cost heapz
