Lights blinking in car...Help?

I have a 2005 Volvo S40, and run 2 JL 500/1. also have a Stinger SP1000 to keep my voltage up, but my lights still blink if I happen to turn the bass up. What could be my problem, and what could I do to fix it?

you are drawing more power then your factory electrical can keep up with. upgrade the alt, get bigger batt.

Is my battery not a big battery? Also even tho I only have 1000watts? And what alt/batteries do you recommend?

It's all possible. They want you to rewire your alt/battery using bigger wire. It usually fixes the problem, isn't that expensive, and doesn't take too long to do. Just search "Big 3" and you'll find plenty of info.

Do this first as it might save you money and will be necessary for later electrical upgrades.
